Location Map
The Swords And Ploughshares Museum is located approximately 30 kilometres south of Ottawa, Ontario off of Highway 416 (formerly Highway16). It is immediately south of the Village of Kars and close to the Baxter Conservation Area.
To find the Museum, follow these directions:
- From Ottawa -
- Drive south out of Ottawa on Highway 416 for approximately 25 minutes;
- After passing Roger Stevens Drive, look for Dilworth Road and turn east (to your left); and,
- Take the first right off of Dilworth (Reeve Craig North) and look for the Museum on your right.
- From Highway 401 -
- Drive north from Highway 401 on Highway 416;
- After crossing the bridge over the Rideau River, look for Dilworth Road and turn east (to your right); and,
- Take the first right off of Dilworth (Reeve Craig North) and look for the Museum on your right.
